2023 W.in Debate Camp Scholarship!

Women in Debate (W.in Debate) is excited to announce the W.in Camp Scholarship for Gender Minorities! Debate camp is one of the most important, but also expensive, resources available. W.in is excited to partner with the National Symposium for Debate (NSD), Victory Briefs Institute (VBI), and The Debate Intensive (TDI) to provide 5-8 full scholarships to Lincoln-Douglas debate camp for gender minorities.

This is a need based financial scholarship. The application will ask for some information on interest in debate, as a tiebreaker in the event that equal financial need arises. The application is open to all gender minorities (i.e. non-cis male); previous association with W.in is not required.

For confidentiality, applicant responses will not be viewed by any high school W.in board members. Applications will be anonymously reviewed by the W.in adult contacts, Lavanya Singh and Joanne Park, along with adult representatives from each respective camp. All information submitted in this form is confidential and will only be shared with our adult board of reviewers.
